At the moment it is still very difficult to get a major title with Manchester United and it will be his dream to win a major title one day.
I thought they can actually build on last season's success, release some fringe players, recruit new players and challenge City for the title until I heard about the resigning of Johnny Evans and I gave up on Manchester United. Based on the club's activity on the transfer market, they don't look ready to me. In my opinion, Arsenal looks more ready than Manchester United. Except they will have to sign another established center back and a striker before the transfer window closes to stand a chance.
For starters, I think Manchester City are very much beatable at the moment based on the fact that they are rebuilding their team and some big names have left the club who we all considered instrumental to their success!
As for United, these guys sometimes just run out of ideas and their signings just don't make sense...and what's with this business of recalling players that left

Watched the game between united and Lyon was really surprised to see Johnny Evans and I couldn't believe my eyes
