What Spalletti did with Napoli last season is so great that many managers who're well respected would beg to achieve so it can hugely count to their Curriculum Vitae.
I don't think Rudi Garcia can replicate that same feat even when there's every possiblity that he can it. Napoli and Victor Osimhen must decide now on the player's future so he can decide wether to remain at the club or move on

When it comes to the incoming boss, Rudi Garcia, he will undoubtedly fall short of the outgoing manager's expectations. However, I believe that if Rudi Garcia is given more time than Luciano Spalleti, he will make good use of his position and provide solid results for the club and the supporters.

It is highly unlikely that Rudi Garcia will do something extraordinary next season and Napoli will win the title again. Because Rudi Garcia is not yet familiar with this team. The likelihood of consistently good performances from Napoli next season is slim. Juventus or Inter Milan will probably dominate Serie A next season.
