I wanted to believe in Perez unnecessarily much recently and this caused me to fail my prediction about him in the pool in some races. Perez is still on the decline and his qualifying performance has really been horrible recently. Hence I'm indecisive about trusting him again for the Hungarian Grand Prix as well for now.
When it comes to Ricciardo he won't have a decent car indeed. AlphaTauri car is one of the worsts on the grid now. However getting the best out of that car would be enough for Ricciardo to impress Red Bull for securing a seat for himself in the future. After Red Bull part ways with Perez we will most probably see Ricciardo there.

It is accurate to say that Daniel Ricciardo currently competes for McLaren and not AlphaTauri. For the 2021 and 2022 seasons, Ricciardo is under contract with McLaren as of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021. Future changes to a driver's team are speculative and subject to a variety of conditions, including team decisions and contractual commitments. Which team Ricciardo will eventually join is hard to foresee.

In fact according to my source Ricciardo doesn't have any bond with McLaren from now on. It is true that his contract with McLaren was supposed to end by the end of the 2023/24 season. However he has officially signed a 1-year contract with Alpha Tauri now so he belongs to them currently.
As for his future yeah I wouldn't like to be certain about anything but I believe this is a sign for a probable signing for Red Bull. Marko must have brought him to AlphaTauri to observe his performance in the rest of the season to decide if he replaces Perez with him or not.
