Serie A was clearly one of the strongest leagues in Europe before their overall league competitive performance began to decrease. We had AC Milan, Inter Milan, and Juventus, among others, who were all in excellent form and consistently dominated European competition. All of these teams are still performing well, and there are more on the way who have been excelling in European competitions. I'm not sure what caused the league's general performance to fall; might it be a shortage of quality players, as it was previously? But I love the zeal currently in the league, and they're doing better than ever, as evidenced by how most Italian clubs performed in European competitions they participated in last season.
The decline was truly too much for the league, and unexpectedly even Juventus, the only team still in the running and a top performer in European events, has fallen short of expectations and is now battling to even finish in the top 4. If we discuss the reason for this decline, I will reply that it was probably just time; perhaps their time to rule has ended and new teams have gained the lead. Both Manchester United and Barcelona are now going through the same scenario. After a while, I think they might reclaim their position as the best team after adding some elite players to their rosters. These things do happen to teams, and when they lose their form, it takes them some time to fully recover. Take Liverpool as an example. In the past, they thrived and ruled both the domestic and European leagues. However, after a period of inactivity, they recovered under Kloop and began to challenge in all tournaments. Liverpool has returned to its former status as one of the finest teams in the world thanks to the addition of some reasonably priced players who perform above average.

Yes, we really understand how matches and clubs are in the EPL, therefore, this season Chelsea is really trying its best to strengthen the club and rise from its downturn. They need players who are not only talented and skilled but also fit and strong in the EPL. And Vlahovic is one of the perfect fit for that for Chelsea. But maybe this will not be as expected, because seeing the costs they have to incur for their salary which is considered quite high. hence maybe this will not continue as we think.
Its truly difficult to play and adapt in the premier league, we have seen talented players who struggle in the premier league and some even end up leaving because of the pressure and intensity in the league. Haveing a player like Vlahovic in the team is not a bad idea at all because he is strong and talented and with a new coach handling the team it will be easy to adapt to the coach tactics. Chelsea needs to try as many strikers as possible because you never know one that will succeed and turn things around for the team.
