Newcastle United are really surprising me these days, looking back from three seasons ago. Who would have pictured Newcastle United playing innthe champions league but since the takeover by the Arabs, they are not just playing the champions league but they can now attract top names around Europe to join them. This is a good signing for Newcastle and I can’t wait to see the impact he will make this coming season.
Eddie Howe deserves an awful lot of credit for what he has done in Newcastle, i know the club now has a very wealthy hierarchy, but last season they didn't even spend so much but yet they qualfied for the CL, it is signs of good things to come for Newcastle and their fans, and they wouldn't find it too difficult to attract quality players this summer. Tonali is a very good signing for the club and i'm pretty sure there are more players to come, though it would be unwise if they change too much from the team that achieved so much last season, a few additions is enough to complement their success and achieve more.
Honestly looking at how this Newcastle side have been over the years, Newcastle have improved faster than anyone expected under their new ownership and have qualified for the UCL. I have been confident that Newcastle will continue to get stronger and stronger after last season's fourth-placed finish. Now they’re moving like a big club that can attract any type of player and so Howe will be desperate to add as much as possible depth to his side ahead of their return to the Champions League next season.
That has only happened in the last 2 seasons, it can even be said that 1 full season now and half a season in 2021/2022 but indeed the movement is quite extraordinary for what Newcastle is doing.
But it can also be said that it is natural when a club with large funds, the pressure given to management to make the team's condition better is also getting higher because of course the reason for spending money is also an investment for them to get more things and currently Newcastle is really doing that.
At the moment there are still some gaps that they have to cover to improve the club to be better but I like the strategy that is not in a hurry from them and they start gradually especially for some big players and of course this is a very good thing for the stability of their team.
Newcastle's growth is something that cannot be put aside, yes, I think I'm not the only one who thinks of this, when I was in the U, I don't know if you remember a football movie called "goal "and it appeared and everything was in Newcastle, and they focused on a story similar to what happened at Real Madrid but with Newcastle, from that moment on, although it sounds a bit silly, I started looking for everything about Newcastle, I became enormously interested in everything from that club, but at that time Newcastle did not have the growth that it has now, I don't know if it is because of the arrival of the Arab that made fútbol worthwhile, but this team currently promises , and I want it to do very well , both in the PL like in any competition.
Too early for Jordi Alba ended his career with top Europe teams because Atletico Madrid rumor interest for signing him but his decision for leaving Europe teams due his age still 34 years old. It is possible that there was Messi's influence that made Jordi Alba prefer to join Inter Miami instead of staying in La Liga with Atletico Madrid.
What actually makes you think he will sign with Atletico then have no shot of winning the league as well as UCL ? Instead of playing in 'top' laliga team like Atletico ( I probably wouldnt say top at all ), his decision on moving to Inter Miami is way better and with Messi around, alot more pair of eyes are going to watch Inter Miami compared to Atletico Madrid so that means more exposure and more money obviously
Well, each reason is valid, I for my part think that going to Inter Miami is not bad, what is wrong is that everyone who joins an MLS team ends up with an early retirement, so it is as if a footballer's career ended, on the other hand we can also take into consideration that in the case of Messi everything is different, because he himself said that in FRANCE he had a very bad time when he was at PSG he was not happy, if he went to Saudi football he knew very well that he had to be in constant action In other words, it is not like a retirement, it is something like continuing to build his career, in the USA he saw more peace of mind, he sees that he can have more time with his family, not only because it is the USA, but because soccer is not the same, it is not the same competitive level, it is smoother, he saw all these things, now on the other hand Jordi Alba may be looking for the same thing as Messi.
Saudi football is becoming very dynamic, high-level players are coming, in fact they made a good offer to Gigi Buffon, but he rejected it, what happens is that Gigi is a great goalkeeper, he is a legend, and everyone would like to have him in their team, and since the Saudis do not care about age but about talent and what these players contribute, it is something that they have not been able to obtain.
Graham potter had the chance and opportunity to reshape Chelsea but failed to deliver ordinary top 6 to Chelsea despite with funds that was made available for him to buy good players, he actually splash money on 5 good players such as Enzo, Mudryk, Madueke and finaly Malo and what did he do with them for all his months of stay in Chelsea, there was nothing to show to the club after emptying the pocket funds that was given to him by the club.
It was great that they had to let him off his duty before the end of the season, if he still remained til end of the season, we never can tell what number on the standings Chelsea will end up in, they might as well be battling for relegation at the end of the season. Too many expectations from Graham Potter and he failed to deliver and was bringing the club down. I wish they never sacked Tuchel, things wouldn’t have being this worse if he was still Chelsea’s manager.
Pochettinno is kind but I'm not too confident in his ability to transform Chelsea but just maybe he is right about sending off all those players that left the club and the ones left will be in good form to pressurise other teams to climb up the table as fast as they can to bring worthy to Chelsea ones again.
When building a new team and a competitive one, you don’t need to force anyone to stay with you. Those that want to stay should be allowed and those that want to leave should not be stopped. It was great that he let go off all those players that didn’t wanted to stay back, this will make him have time to settle down and add in more players he feel can be suitable for his strategy.
For me, the Chelsea thing is something very complicated, I couldn't say which is better, if Pocchetino or Potter, I don't know, but in my opinion neither of them is the right one, I think they would have to look for a much more famous coach who has had experience with star players in the same team, that they take a look at the Real Madrid coaches, because if they have a lot of experience with these players, sometimes you can have a lot of quality, but you have to know how to handle them, because They are such good players that sometimes the focus is lost, each one wants to shine in their own light, sometimes they will not adapt to a team game, and that is what the coach has to establish.

I hope Chelsea achieves its direction, because they really need to win, it is a team that last season seemed to me to have spent money in vain, because they achieved absolutely nothing and that was a waste of money, time, everything, this time they have to do things better , much more balanced if they want to get out of the competitions, or at the same time Secure 1.
