In this case he has already said that the season 2024/2025 will be his last season at Manchester City and given how he emphasized his "no, no, no" when he was asked whether it is possible that he will extend his contract again, I believe this time he will leave the club no matter what happens. Although I hope that he doesn't because he fits very well into the club. Many things will change when one day Ancelotti, Mourinho and Guardiola will be gone and who knows for how long Klopp will be around. Thinking about it, those guys have contributed a lot in their own ways to the sport.
I am not entirely sure though, I feel like if they keep up being this good, maybe he could stay a little longer, not really sure if he will actually reject a good deal.
I mean if they keep being this good, City will offer a great deal for him without a doubt and rejecting it makes no sense to me. If he is looking for a new chapter in his life, then he could try to make that work as well, but that's not going to be simple so why change your life when you are already doing so well. Plus he established his roots there already, he is a young manager, and he could literally become an icon there. Think about it, if he stays for another 10+ more seasons, then they could have maybe another 10 titles, that's just unreal, SAF levels.
One option for him would probably be to coach the Spanish national team, but when you think that he isn't willing to turn down a good offer from an amazing club like Manchester City, think back what he turned down when the Barcelona bosses gave him carte blanche to write down his own salary in 2012 or so when he would decide to extend his contract back at the time. He had formed the best team in the world without a doubt and yet he decided to leave and go to Bayern. I mean when do you get a chance to have a combination of players like he had in Barcelona and yet he left. It's difficult but his words sound final. But I agree with you that we are not there yet.
