you would really prefer username/password login? I just hate that system. the current system is so elegant. I was thinking of emailing a code- which you type it, to help with people on different devices.
Different people will have different demands. Some will like usernames and some will not like or not need it at all.
Information, I know some casinos allow their users to change display names and no limited times to do it. The casino has its data base to always know who is that user and display names can be changed many times but the casino does not lose track on that account.
support- I agree.. I will be adding a ticket system after launch, but not now.
Support ticket should be deployed and it is like a face of your casino. It shows the casino cares about the users through Customer support and Support ticket system.
You dont have to add username and passwords and I dont like that system, but you can send longer term codes that could work more than one time.
Default option can stay, but sometimes I cant access my email address or I am using different device, so it is impossible to use password manager for login.
As said, you don't like it but other might like it and want to have it.
If dewez can deploy optional system for username and password, users can choose what they like to use. If it brings no harm to the casino security, it's good for deployment.
