I tried to contact the support service by email which is listed on the website mixero.io@protonmail.com.

The email tracker shows that the message has already been reviewed, but no one has been answering me for a long time.
The blockchain shows that the transfer was made to the specified wallet, but nothing else happens.

I can't find any explanation.
