Safepal has two type of swap , if you want to use one network then they use 1inch and Ox dex for swap purpose but if you want to make cross bridge like Ethereum network to btc then they use Binance and mexc. Safepal will charge fee of withdrawal also which is same to exchange withdrawal fee. as OP ask about without KYC do Mexc is only option and safepal will swap through mexc without KYC

Actually i never tried this and don't know much about it. I searched for google but all of the bridges are not looking promising so I will say that do your own research. if i find any , i will told you.
