I see the big EPL teams have made some big transfers. They tried to close the weakness in last season. So I think this season won't be easy for Pep to win. Although I still firmly believe Man City are favourites to win again. Although some of the core players left, Pep has found substitutes. So there is no need to worry, as long as Halaand is still playing well they will remain strong. Man City have good thinking, they understand the process. Just remember it took Pep a long time to win the UCL and it took some big transfers. So I wouldn't expect a team that is always quick to change coaches.
