It makes absolutely no sense to sack Pep and also, Pep departure or move from Barcelona to Bayern Munich and then to Manchester City, it happened because of his own will and not because of the wishes of the club owner or boss you mean. Also about Spalletti, basically Spalletti wants to leave even though there has been an offer to extend the contract. So yeah, it doesn't really make sense for them to be fired because anyway, the reality is the club still wants him to stay, but they have their own choice to stay or leave.
It makes absolutely no sense to get Pep Guardiola sacked after he has brought so much success to Manchester City. It's just a rumour that very possibly can't be justified, but if basically Pep Guardiola has an internal conflict or whatever makes him want to leave, then it's possible to make him leave from Manchester City in the future.
I don't know where the issue developed, but I'm sure it's just something exaggerated. As far as I know Manchester City and Pep Guardiola have a good relationship, that includes with the owner. So in conclusion, the rumors so far don't seem to be true.
