Guardiola will end up leaving Manchester City by the end of his contract or a couple of years later or if he sees that managing a national team might be interesting for him, if the offer was interesting eventually
It is very possible that the coach of Manchester city will like to take up a new challenge in a new league with a new club, trying to lead them to win the champions League the local League as he has done in Barcelona and Manchester city. Since he became the coach of Manchester city, he has raised the status of the club from the regular club to a world-class club and many clubs will be privileged to have Guardiola as their coach. I do not see him as someone who will like to be the coach to a national team.
One cannot tell if he has something like that in mind in the future, coaching a national team. We all know how Guardiola is full of action day in day out, by joining a national team to coach them will limit him on some great plan of action he’s always into throughout the season. As an adventurous coach, he might like to have a taste of the national team too, but for now, I think he’s still in his prime and will want to add more trophies to his name before considering coaching a national team now. No doubts many national teams will want him to coach their side, but he’ll be very skeptical on the final decision he’ll make on the team to coach. Which team do you think he’ll coach if he’s to coach a national team??
