I also feel that since negotiations are going on, an agreement will be found in this transfer window only. Bayern have matched 80m Euro + add ons in their second bid for Kane
[1] and Spurs value Kane over 100m Euro. I feel that with
pressure from Kane and
another improved bid to match 100m Euro with adds on + fixed fee, things will be agreed on at the end. Still I have slight doubts since it's Levy, Bayern has to deal with and he is really hard one in negotiations.

I think it would be totally crazy to pay 120 million € for such a player. If Levy is really such a tough negotiation partner and insisting on that amount of money, then i would not meet his terms and look for another striker. Kane is not the only one.
