I had seen this thread but had not paid much attention to it, since only I come to this section from time to time, trying to go through as many sections of the forum as possible, not because I am interested in borrowing or lending. I came and read the thread when I saw the other one in the Reputation section about DireWolfM14's neutral tag.
I have to say that the thread smells fishy to me. I mean the OP registers in February and a month later starts offering a non-collateral loan service of low quantities and short term:
It's not clear to me why the OP is doing it, but either he wants to build up trust, or collect KYC documents or some other motive than the purely altruistic one he wants to appear.

OP said it several times that he never asked for documents actually. It's a different story when these newbie (most likely scammer) accounts offer documents to look trustworthy.
My experience with OP was good, he gave me a loan but unknowingly I violated Shasan's terms because I also had a loan with him. So I paid back the loan to OP only some hours later . He was friendly, never asked for documents whatsoever.
What his intentions are, I don't know. Just from my point of view they are not bad. Maybe he just wants to help out those who need it, but also look like they can actually pay it back. Getting a loan for 40$ and run is a lot of time invested for such a small amount. But of course there are still people around that would even do that.
