Just some updates for the campaigns that are now CFNP.

whirlwind is also now full but might still be open soon.
For now this campaign is considered CFNP with a possible option to add more members in the near future.
WhirlWind have now also increased their pay rates to $6 per post, that's for any rank. So Senior/Hero/Legendary are all paid the same.
