You heard Bitcointalk forum from another platform through a friend and the person told you about bounty campaigns , well everyone join this forum with different thought and I believed that was the way you were told to join the forum. You have to do what you understand most in the forum but bounty campaign will not help instead learn things in the main boards and do well here.
