I believe the question first of all should be, what exactly is this maintenance that have lasted almost a week and we are yet to discover what they are truly maintaining, are they rebuilding the website from scratch? or rebuilding the database?
what ever the problem is or be, courtesy demands that they should have at least communicated to their users if really they had any regard and respect for them..
I don't know about any other person but lets assume i had money on this casino, i probably consider it lost by now, cus it seems that the casino may likely not come back, but then, assuming they return back, i will just withdraw my money and chose another casino and start playing there, because I cant immediately continue to trust this casino after such a behavior .
The thing is that, betnomi team have already violated the customer's right and all other business contract agreement, and at this point there should be tagged because they deserve it, how can a business close down on their clients for almost a month and nothing is done about it, there has not been any form of updates from the team and even their representatives have also not been responsive in queries.
More also their lock players out of the casino by not allowing them to have access to their balance in the casino and this is so bad that even the user's balance is not even displayed.
I agree,it has been near one month now and they should have at least let their customers withdraw their funds before going in upgrade/maintenance mode whatever that they are doing.I still hope they come back online as if they don't this set a very bad and dangerous precedent for all online casinos because Betnomi had a lot of customer base from what I saw in their chat as long as I was participating in the Champions League pool sponsored generously to tell the truth by them.
The bad thing is time,the more time it passes the more chances are high of them never coming back.
