Even without Haaland Guardiola's team would still perform better than Tuchel's they're both great coaches no doubt but Pep should be more applauded because he's proven himself in 3 different league winning major trophies from all apart from Bayern where he failed to win the Champions League but he's won a Treble for Barcelona and recently in England with Manchester City, the only coaches after Sir Alex Ferguson that should be compared to the level of Pep are José mourinho and Carlo Ancelotti.
Tuchel only wins one big title in Europe, Champions League. The rest titles he has are from France, with PSG and like Ligue 1 titles. He has yet won any Premier League, did not win Bundesliga with Dortmund. You are right that Tuchel has yet achieved big things like Pep Guardiola and even coaches like Jose Mourinho, Ancelloti have yet won trebles like Pep in the last season.
Tuchel was great for Chelsea helping them In winning their second champions league trophy but I think it was the change of owner that made him loose focus the next season
Tuchel was sacked by Chelsea and did not win Premier League with them but he won one Champions League with them. In Chelsea history, it is their second Champions League title and I am sure Tuchel was marked in Chelsea history. Nobody can deny his achievement in Chelsea history and he will always be remembered by history.
