Actually, for now I still don't see new rivalries like Mbappe and Haaland, especially since the designation of the word rival for them is also a little complicated I think because the conditions are a little different from Ronaldo and Messi.
And yes I agree with you because one of the factors about this rivalry is difficult to happen is because Mbappe is still at PSG.
PSG's conditions are always ranked as one of the candidates in the Champions League but we also know how they always navigate the Champions League so in this case I think it could be one of the conditions where rivalry cannot occur.
In my opinion, the era of rivalry between Ronaldo and Messi cannot be replaced by the presence of Mbappe and Haaland. because both of them are still young and need to achieve as much as possible. So let this run as a challenge for Mabappe and Haaland. At least to reach that point, the Champions League competition must be dominated. Haaland is already at the right club but Mbappe is still struggling with high wages and I am really sick when the news continues to be exposed. If Mbappe stays in just one league and nobody challenges him then I'm sure Haaland can dominate more.
The consequence for Mbappe if he insists on staying at PSG is that he will not get a prestigious title because of PSG's monotony which is only in and in power in domestic competitions only.
Reflecting on Haaland's case when he was at Dortmund he didn't get many titles both individually and in the club but when he met the right club (Manchester City) he turned into a terrible figure.
At the moment Mbappe can also still, he will not get anything if he continues at PSG (except only money) and maybe it would be much better if he looks for a new challenge by finding a club that suits him.
