I know personal identity is highly guarded by most gamblers and some even really want to gamble anonymously and they are willing to find casinos that can really give them the freedom to KYC.
One question for you, if in the future all casinos implement KYC will you also leave the gambling industry or will you still accept the KYC conditions?

If you really feel you have to give and in a situation where there is no other choice, it's better to give KYC because that way gamblers can be calmer when playing or betting without the need to be afraid of not being paid if they get a big win.
