You can review whole process through your smartphone and I didn't see in main page that Laptop is is compulsory. Use Google chrome in desktop mode and you will he able to see all function very clearly.
we need three step to do this review
1: Mornin or hardware wallet(no need of laptop)
2: mixin(No need of laptop)
3: Mixin Safe( You can use smartphone android Chrome)
Now its your choice to decide but i think you should do receive as OP consider your application best for review.
