my withdrawal is still blocked. They asked me for KYC and for several weeks I have been sending them more and more documents, yet they keep asking for more.
Im wondering this, did you send them your documents despite the site has been offline for weeks or did you send them before all that? Betnomi messaged me on 11th as well asking me to send them my address for them to ship me my prize that I won from the poker tournament but I replied with asking them to sort things on their site first because its more urgent
Any advice please?
Btw ... today Sorsis told me that he will answer in the thread soon (I asked him about when the platform will work).
This is probably the latest information that we got on Betnomi so probably wait but I kinda doubt things will be going back to the way it was
