I created an account on this site 1 hour ago and used the pincodes and somehow on my first bet i got a lag and later my Balance was at 900$, i told to live support that i got 900$ just from using codes from bitcointalk and if it is possible to withdraw. The live support guy told me that i hit a jackpot on this one bet where i had lag and because of it my Balance is so big and then he is telling me that i have to deposit money which is the equal price which was the bonus i got to withdraw the 900$
You could have attached prove here for users to verify and also check their ToS if their is requirement to first make a deposit up to the bonus price you got to kind of activate it. So will you be entitled to withdraw both your deposit and your bonus if at all you send them the deposit. In any case, IMO I won't have to send such deposit to claim a bonus even if it is in their ToS.
