It is definitely going to be a tough season for everyone and that includes Chelsea and Liverpool, although both teams has actually had a good transfer market and the market hasn't ended yet meaning that they can still get more players into their team.

I am still looking at Manchester city, arsenal and Manchester united this would be the teams to actually drag for the English premier league and I am still going for Manchester city to lift the league but it would be heavily contested.
The English Premier League would be extremely competitive, with only the most outstanding team winning the championship. Gamblers have already begun to formulate their betting strategy and forecasts for the next season. A competitive season for everyone; we know which clubs will rebound and who will continue to have dismal records. Chelsea and Liverpool were in dreadful form last season, but they will undoubtedly improve this season. Manchester City and Arsenal, perhaps I can't guarantee that the Gunners are still in condition following their pre-season loss to Manchester United, Mikel Arteta has a lot of work to do for his team.
Arsenal currently have high ambitions to return to the title race in the coming season. And of course Mikel Arteta won't let him be humiliated twice by Man City next season. So that Arsenal are currently quite aggressive in their hunt for players on the Transfer Exchange. But if I look at the pre-season match that took place yesterday. So I also lowered my expectations a little at Arsenal. Because it turned out that in yesterday's pre-season match against Man Utd, we could see that Arteta's squad had difficulty scoring goals. They even lost on penalties. I think the mentality of Arsenal's players is really not very good.

And a while ago maybe my expectations for Pochettino weren't too high but after seeing Chelsea play in the pre-season match yesterday my expectations are slowly increasing for Pochettino. It looks like he will succeed in resurrecting Chelsea's performance which was very bad last season.
