There are so many players who have returned from their loan at Napoli now. The number of players has increased a lot and I assume they would loan those players again. Most of them are young players of course. Other than that we have witnessed Kim Min-jae signing for Bayern Munich as well. They paid 50 million euros for him. Napoli should use this money to sign a new centre-back. They should find a solid one as well after losing a great defender like Kim Min-jae as well.

Max Kilman and Josip Sutalo are the latest speculations that I can see on Transfermarkt now. But they were entered like 10 days ago.
Of course with so many players, loaning them to other clubs is a good option, not only can they save money, but they also don't lose them permanently.
The management seems to be aware of things like this, and they give their players a great opportunity to increase their experience with other clubs.
Napoli are smart because they allow their young players to gain experience by loaning them to other clubs, and I think it's a good plan, because if the player can show his best game, Napoli can take it back for them to use.

I just hope they don't lose too many of the main players who contributed a lot last season, because that will make the framework of the team that has been formed will change, and it might have a negative impact on them.

Especially for younger players going to another club as a loan player is a good option to collect new experiences and make progress when they get sufficient play time, but it can also be a disadvantage for the club taking the loan player. Lukaku for example did ok at Inter Milan and as a consequence that didn't go unnoticed by Chelsea and it instantly increases the price for that player should the club express the wish to buy that player. I usually like the option as well, but as soon as the player does a good job he becomes significantly more expensive. But Napoli is busy with the Osimhen case these days anyway and it seems that they still don't have a final deal with the striker although the Napoli president already said they have an agreement.
