Their participation brings increased liquidity and market stability, potentially paving the way for a more sustainable growth trajectory. However, challenges such as regulatory developments and market volatility warrant cautious monitoring. I am not a fan of institutional holding for an asset like Bitcoin. I understand that it boosts consumer confidence when as asset receives interest from big corporates. But please understand, they are business people. They mean profit. Right now institutions are buying because they smell profit but when they will start selling to book profit, the market will crash. Big institutions have such money power to control the market which usually not much favorable for the retail users like us.
