It now looks like Bayern is taking another shot at signing Harry Kane and considering what the Tottenham owner now said about Kane, this makes it more likely that Bayern can sign him soon. The owner says that Kane either extends his contract or he will be sold and chances are not very good for Tottenham that he decides to extend the contract. This is his last big chance to go to one of the best European clubs and he is guaranteed to be a full-time player at Bayern Munich as they are desperately trying to find someone like him. This deal is fix I think and if Bayern raises the fee one more time, Tottenham will say yes.
I think Munchen will make another bid for Kane, but it doesn't come to the figure that Tottenham management wants. Rivals from Man United can be considered as media coverage to raise Kane prestige, so that will keep his price high. My prediction is that if Kane survives or plays in the EPL with another club, his performance will only reach the age of 32 and even then if he doesn't get injured often.
Bayern Munchen i think can be a safe place for Kane next career, at least he can play at the highest level longer than in the EPL. However if Tottenham still maintain Kane for a longer time, the price will automatically decrease over time.
