It is reported that Harry Kane's wife has started to look for schools in Munich already. There is no problem on Kane's side now. He already wants this deal to happen. It is the best for Tottenham chairman Levy to let him go this summer as well. There is no meaning in keeping him for another season for two reasons especially:
- He will be available for free transfer in January as he doesn't have any intention to extend his contract with Tottenham.
- Tottenham can't have big achievements even in Kane's presence so they can surely add another striker to the team and move on.
Bayern Munich almost lost the title to Borussia Dortmund last season. I think it was because they couldn't sign a good striker to replace Lewandowski. If they sign Harry Kane, Bayern Munich will undoubtedly be the clear favorite for next season. Harry Kane has been consistently doing wonders in the English Premier League for years. The German Bundesliga would be an easier league for him and he will continue to break records there. This deal will be a great deal for both sides. I'm already excited about the prospect of seeing Harry Kane in a Bayern Munich jersey.
They will undoubtedly be the biggest favorite without Kane as well. It is not complicated to come up with a reasonable prediction when we are talking about a club that won ten Bundesliga titles in a row. But Harry Kane joining Bayern Munich wouldn't make it any easier for the other clubs to try and prevent Bayern from defending the title again.
Dortmund wants it every year, but they are full of surprises. Needless to say, it would be time for them to go into the season with a perfect start like five wins a row or so. If they lose points on the easier games, I don't see how they can give Bayern a hard time as I doubt that they will have as many issues as they had last season.
