If you experience mental stress, here are some things that should help you:
- practicing mindfulness and relaxation techniques
- engaging in regular physical exercise
- maintaining a balanced lifestyle
- setting realistic goals
- seeking support from loved ones
- considering professional help if needed.
My advice is not to take any meds without addressing a doctor. It is much better to solve the problem using natural ways.
