Napoli is losing many pieces, some deliberately, others not
Certainly this does not help the team which will have a very demanding season, between the league and the cups.
I don't know, honestly I'm starting to not see the situation well.
The situation may be a little different at Napoli for next season, because with the presence of a new coach for Napoli there will definitely be slightly different tactics than before so that the old players must be able to readjust themselves to the direction of their new coach. Likewise with new players who must be able to work together with the old players at Napoli so that Napoli can maintain their strength in the next season, although I'm a little less sure that Napoli can be much stronger than last season.
With a new manager joining the team, certain tactics may be different in the game. Because the new manager will want to apply some different tactics to the players that the previous manager applied, it will take some time for the players to get familiar with the new manager and the manager's new tactics. If a good quality manager is appointed for a long period of time, the team performs consistently. Because if the manager is permanent his strategy does not change which results in better performance of the players on the field but whenever the manager is changed every season the performance is bad on the field and the players do not have a good relationship with the manager. As Napoli have changed managers with multiple players, this team will take some time to be consistent.
