I am not sure that Manchester United transfer budget is really bad like this. I don't see it's smart if they use big budget to buy Hojlund as he is not better than Rashford or Martial. If they need to buy a new striker, they must buy a world class striker.
Actually Manchester United has a sizable budget and could buy Hojlund to join their club but everything also needs to be considered whether Hojlund can provide better development or not considering that the budget used to buy Hojlund can be used to buy other players who are better than Hojlund.
If say Manchester United is short on budget then that's not right in my opinion.
Manchester United still has some pretty good attacking players such as Anthony Martial, Marcus Rasford, Mason Greenwood, Jadon Sancho, Facundo Pellistri, Anthony Elanga, Alejandro Garnacho.
