Next season Napoli will undergo a very difficult match where many players who have contributed to them have left, so there are many positions that some new players or old players may not be able to replace, the coach will find it very difficult to try to maximize the players and there are many risks that may be at stake.
So far the most important player they lost is Kim, another one but less important is Pegtana. Napoli transfers in and out in 2023 summer. They must keep Osimhen and Kravatskhelia to maintain their strength at least in their front line. Between Osimhen and Kravatskhelia, they have more risk to lose the Nigerian striker.

Losing a strong defender like Kim Min-Jae will also affect Napoli's defense and I doubt they will finish in the top three next season. Unless Rudi Garcia can bring in another defender who is capable of providing a role like Kim Min-Jae
In the last summer, Napoli faced a similar problem when they sold Koulibaly to Chelsea but they unfortunately and successfully replace him by Kim Min-Jae. This summer, they lost Kim and will they succeed to replace Kim is unknown. I don't believe luckiness will stay with any club forever. Must mention that they successfully replaced Insigne by Kravatskhelia in the last summer too.

Napoli's transfer policy has been successful so far. This transfer policy made them champions. Now some players are leaving the team and they have to replace them with players of similar quality.
They began to spend more money for transfer market in recent seasons and they spent very big money to buy Osimhen from Ligue 1 two seasons ago. I don't know will they continue to succeed but their total budget for player salary has been increasing and it contains more risk for their financial balance.

Napoli must balance between their club performance in Serie A and Champions League as well as total budget for their club operations including player salary and transfer. If the balance is broken and their performance becomes worse, they will repeat financial collapse like Leeds United, Deportivo La Coruna, Fiorentina, Lazio, Dortmund and more similar clubs.
