The hope for Barcelona fans is indeed that, because Barcelona still has to make a better proof in the Champions League besides having to be good in La Liga next season. Next season Barcelona will still be coached by Xavi and he will continue to strive to make Barcelona better next season by fighting hard in the Champions League and La Liga. I also really want to see an increase in performance that is better than before at Barcelona in every different competition next season.
All the teams from La Liga are exactly the same because last season they were really bad in the Champions League. Not only Barcelona, I think Real Madrid, Sevilla, Atletico Madrid and Real Sociedad have to prove their quality to be better next season. So really, it's a bit strange to ignore the other teams and only focus on talking about Barcelona.
That it is true that Barcelona is too bad than what their fans expected last season in the Champions League, but for next season they definitely have a mature plan to try to fix it. It's not easy to gain success in the Champions League even if a team is really good in their domestic league, and every team who participates will do their best.
Real Madrid wasn't bad as if they played horribly bad, but they were up against a far superior opponent. Even if you have a strong team on paper, in some years there are teams that are almost destined to win it and not many people had any doubts that last season Manchester City was overdue to win it. It was exactly the time when they peaked with their performance and the second leg was a lesson for Real Madrid against them. But that doesn't mean it will be the same this season. Everything is back to zero and regardless of the outcome of last season, Real Madrid is again one of the favorites for all three titles.
