Paulo Dybala is a great player with intimidating football tricks that helps him blaze through defenders like they were never their and also has impressive scoring abilities but with his current age, that is not the kind of player that Chelsea needs at the moment.
The new Chelsea manager is doing well to build Chelsea back to a very strong English Premier League club once again and must continue to do that with young players below the age of 30. Dybala is doing well for AS Roma and should be left do continue his work there unless the Saudi clubs comes knocking with their huge financial packages
Even though Dybala will be 30 years old, I don't think his performance and quality will drop drastically next season. Chelsea can consider him as a player who can make a good impact on their game especially because Dybala has a lot of experience compared to relatively younger players. The quality of Dybala's game has been tested with several teams, but I prefer him when he was at Juventus compared at Roma.
Apart from the possibility of Dybala moving to another team, then I think he deserves to be kept by Roma. Dybala had a good contribution last season scoring more than 10 goals and creating assists, which is what one would expect from such an experienced striker.
