xavi as a coach is not too mature, he still needs more experience to be called a coach who has successfully built barcelona, the pressure that xavi faces is also quite large because if he is not able to bring barcelona to win the UCL trophy then people will question credibility it's training barcelona, in a few hours barcelona will face a friendly match with arsenal, let's see what barcelona can do against arsenal.
I have the same thought, although Xavi has won La Liga title but that's right he needs more experience as a coach. Because when playing in big events like UCL or Europa League his tactics didn't work very well, and I think Xavi must be to think of a lot of tactics to get the UCL trophy if that's his goal in the new season. But for the La Liga title there is a possibility Xavi can get title again, because last season Barcelona was very consistent collecting points and maybe this new season they can also be consistent again.
I think it'll be if we all should praise Xavi Hernandez more than we point out his weakness as the manager of FC Barcelona because he's done exceptionally well for the Catalan club than many had expected
Winning the Spanish La Liga title last season ahead of a team like the star-studded Real Madrid squad is a big example of how well Xavi have transformed this Barcelona since he took over and still showing signs of improvement in the coming seasons

Since Xavi is still a young and inexperienced coach they can give him a low salary and extend his contract for a longer time because if they get other achievements with Xavi in the next season they need to increase his salary.
We even expect to see more from Xavi and his team and the last season.
