Also if you were on prepay and accidentally elected post-pay please open a ticket and support can revert you. If you started on post-pay they cannot.
There is some new features rolling out, mostly centered around cancellations and refunds for post-pay providers.
I believe the next big round of requests involve on-site provider ratings and feedback so we can have it all in one place and for leaserig so we can detach from bitcointalk.
What am I missing?

Regarding postpay: it's a pain in the butt to track all these hourly payments. It's not that I don't trust it
but it would be nice that in addition to the raw list of payments we could have perhaps a running total for each lease, % complete/remaining, plus grand total and rig totals for the last 24 hours, something like that.
