Gambling for fun is good, gambling for income is a fatal mistake.
it depends on your mindset whether you gamble for money or for fun, because if you gamble for money you will definitely continue to have the ambition to pursue victory when gambling no matter how much money you lose because of losing you will continue to play to achieve that victory, but it is different with the aim of having fun because gambling by seeking pleasure is more relaxed and not betting too deep.
Playing to enjoy the game makes it easier for you to be more responsible and in control, when you get a win you can stop at any time even if you lose you can also stop when you reach a threshold, because by setting a mindset like that it will certainly help us prevent losing a lot of money in gambling especially being able to limit the gambling budget will be very good again.
That's true, gambling being an entertainment will make it more fun instead of boring and stressful but we do love to win most of the time too because that's how we are made. No human likes losing.
But, if a gambler can move on as fast as he can after a loss I think the control will be easier for him. That cannot be received in just a short amount of time, it needs experience. When you get used to losing, it won't be that hard to keep the gambling habit in control. Before, I really hate when I lose and sometimes it takes 2-3 days before I get over the regrets of bad decisions. i.e. increasing the bet amount. But now, just one sleep or a meal will take out all the frustration I have after a series of losses.
It becomes easier in the long run but there's no number of how much you will lose before you get to that point. Perhaps, small bets will be a better start to condition that kind of emotion.
