Regardless of what their assumptions are about friendly matches, I think the prestige is still there.
Arsenal and Barcelona are big teams in their respective leagues, so it's clear to them that the result of a friendly match could also be a record to be considered in the future. In official competition, Barcelona tends to win more often than Arsenal, but yesterday Arsenal managed to silence Barcelona with a score of 5-3.

Once again, it was a friendly game that cheered up most of the fans, but it's about the coach and each team that pride is definitely involved. The prestige of both teams is to win and prove themselves better, but in the end we just assume it's different.
It was quite a defeat and Arsenal were able to score more goals, so I think the prestige of them is still fierce even though it's a pre-season tour.

They're both title contenders in the Premier League and LaLiga so this match has a bit of an impact on them, what if they meet in the Champions League? Then it will be a different atmosphere. Even though this match is essentially for fan entertainment but obviously with Arsenal winning a lot of Barcelona on social media.

I still want them to meet in the Champions League, it will feel more different in this match.

Club Friendlies are not meant to be taken extra serious. We all know who wins if Barcelona successfully meets up with Arsenal during the Champions League, Barcelona will gracefully end it all up. Last season gunner's did poorly during the Club Friendlies and got to lead the Premier League for a very very long while. Arsenal did excellently great though, they have shown they're in the right shape. Same results last season can also be done once again next , I really do want to see the ginebrr
