But this is not what OP wants.Everything other than bitcoin/Crypto comes in off topic as some topics may be liked by some bitcoiners while some other topics may be liked by other bitcoiners. There can't be a topic that the whole forum will dislike ( Ahh complicated)
Instead, OP wants to create a topic where to instate a rule allowing off-topic posts. And, after consulting forum rules again, this is forbidden:
