By the way after watching this video I remember that I have an account here but I can't login because I lost 2FA access, I have contacted support CS name @Kristen he has sent me instructions how to recover it. The problem is I lost my access/phone for over a year and I can't remember in detail some of the questions have any of you experienced it? and how to solve it? any advice will be appreciated, thanks.
Well, I also have not experienced this on this particular casino or any other casino before, but I've only experienced the loss of 2fa recovery code on a crypto exchange, Lbank, and all I did was contact the customer care who asked me some personal questions to verify that the account is really mine, and after I was able to answer all the questions correctly, the customer care helped reset and deactivate the 2fa on my account, then I logged in and reactivated it with a new recovery code.
What I can tell you here is that, if you have the recovery code of the 2fa, then you've lost nothing, with the recovery code, you can restore and get a new 2fa login code from your new device, but incase you've lost the recovery code, then you need to ask the customer care to help reset and deactivate the 2fa for you, you sure would have to prove that the account belongs to you though.
