That would be interesting to see, and I think there is something similar like stable coins that are based on Lightning Network.
Maybe that would be a best alternative for fiat currencies that are not available on your exchange, and you they are not the same as stablecoins on shitcoin networks, since they are all backed by Bitcoins.
