It doesn't matter that they have blocked my account with such a tiny amount. The problem is how an owner/support can do such behaviour.

while I do not condone what the support/owner's behaviour, I kind of understand why he became rude towards you, I mean, you were inactive on their website for five years and then after logging in and trying to withdraw $10, but couldn't, you basically accused them of being a scammer because they were following the rules they have set on their gambling site which probably you have never read.
