There's a new meme coin making waves - HarryPotterObamaSonic10Inu, using the ticker 'bitcoin.' It has gained a lot of hype and has been listed on various exchanges due to its popularity. However, Mexc decided to list it as 'Harry' to avoid confusion with the real Bitcoin. This move caused fans of HarryPotterObamaSonic10Inu to call for a boycott against Mexc. On the other hand, some exchanges like Bitget chose to keep the original 'bitcoin' ticker.

These types of tokens, driven solely by hype and with substantial market capitalization, are setting a unique trend in the market. But the big question remains: Are they promising for the future, or are they just worthless, leading people down a riskier path in the world of cryptocurrency?

Mexc exchange has my respect for choosing not to confused their customers and giving bitcoin the respect it deserve for starting the cryptocurency industry and giving this other cryptocurency an opportunity to exist while bitget and other exchange that has listed this shitcoin as Bitcoin should be boycotted and not use again because they're looking like scammers with the decision they took.
I have never heard about this shitcoin called HarryPotterObamaSonic10Inu and I won't have come across it if not for your thread. I found some read flags as I saw the name of the project. It's a memecoin but should have been unique if it wanted to be taken seriously. It should have created its own name but it went with some popular names to help it get investors attention.
We had something similar with Squidgame coin that scammed investors. Harry Potter, Obama, Sonic and using the Inu word just like all the worthless memecoin are using so they benefit from some traffic from those searching for Shiba Inu. Any meme coin using other coins names look like a scam to me and I try to avoid them instead of me losing my money to scammers
