It still sounds weird to me a casino which already has a bad reputation decided to pay for something which could not help their reputation at any meaningful way and even giving the task to someone else, when editing a Wiki page is something anyone can do with an account (assuming the page does not have any kind of protection, though).
It's just an assumption on my part though. It's a small possibility indeed, but it's a possibility nevertheless. Another possibility is that he edited it in order to try and gain more incentive from their team.
The way he got caught was hilarious and I will never forget that wild situation. His silly justification was even more hilarious.
