You have to be more patient waiting for the admin back to online and send direct messages there is no other way to contact him. We as old users know the main problem in this casino is the support team , they lack a team to respond some problems I know about this since I joined. Sometimes it takes a week to reply your email it can also take longer if there are multiple reports in the queue. We've advised them to look for additional teams but it looks like nothing has changed so far , as far as I know this casino is managed by around 4 people including the admin on the forum.
