Barcelona has a chance of course but I don’t see them winning the Champions League title. Xavi has done a fine job in making a good enough team to clinch the la liga title last season. With their recent signings, they’ve added some experienced players to the squad. But I doubt all that would be able to get them the champions league trophy. Barcelona is a strong contender but the chances of winning aren’t that great.
Manchester United is also a club that would be a strong contender but like Barcelona, I also don’t think they could win the title.
There are certain collections of clubs that have been nominated to win the UEFA Champions League. Let us wait and see what happens with these premier clubs.The UEFA Champions League trophy is not won by a club that dominates merely their domestic league, but by an elite club that understands and improves their performance in top competition. Xavi Hernandez would only perform better and win all the awards in league games, but not in top competitions. The blaugrana are not ready to play in the CL; they even defeated their main opponent in a friendly 3 nil.
Barcelona is a great club with fantastic manager and phenomenal players who are capable to conquer any club in the world on their day but I don't think they're one of the favorites to win the UEFA Champions League competition next season.
There are still other European clubs who's got more quality players compared to Barca. Xavi Hernandez is still building the team to become one of the unbeatable clubs in Europe which I think will happen in few seasons from now considering their level of development
