So, an addicted gambler doesn't basically stop when they get out of money

When a gambler stop gambling when they get out of money, I won’t really call that a addicted gambler, but the set of people that I do call addicted gamblers are the once which will do crazy things just because they needed money to gamble with.

I agree. Because addicted gamblers can't stop that easily and they tend to do things (good or bad) just to sustain their addiction without much thought of the consequences for doing so. Gamblers who can stop for the reason they have no funds already to use for gambling might not reach the level yet to be called addicted.

When a gambler loses a lot of money in gambling he tries to recover his losses. There is no way to call it an addicted gambler. Addicted gamblers are those who cannot control gambling or cannot stay away from gambling. But the person who loses more money will try to recover his money but in most cases there is a scenario where the gambler loses all his money while trying to recover his money. And until a gambler's bankroll is over, he will continue gambling. It is not easy for such a gambler to take a break from gambling while having a available money on his account.
