Well I don't know how legit this might be but one thing I know about scam and scammers is the fact that, they're always the first to say its not a scam.
That's absolutely correct @ Obari, and secondly, another statement scammers are fond of saying is what O.P also just said as I quote as shown below, a greedy scammer who just wants people to invest without having a second thought.
