Dortmund is known as one of the clubs that can always produce great talents and they will sell them to other clubs when the players have developed rapidly, that is the business that Dortmund runs and they have never thought of building a squad like Bayern Munich.
I must say you entirely speak my mind, it's not about winning alone and I'd defended Dortmund here many times as winning and gaining are the motives of clubs, either way, they are happy. Dortmund is a club that prioritises the two, you can know even when they are in competition, they give in their best and do not relax one for the other. Only that Dortmund's approach is too obvious but should still be given kudos for having the foresight to know intending great stars. I will still not say anything otherwise as they know their mission better than us and this is not affecting them except for winning Bundesliga as fans expect of them, their first runner-up in most of the recent Bundesliga seasons is still very impressive.
