Hello Folks,
The dynamics of trading the market change after a specific period. My concern is the spike that usually occurs especially when you are in one direction and the market moves in the opposite direction. Have you experienced such before, what is the best approach a person can take to salvage the situation?
This is a market condition that cannot be avoided. Nobody can control the market flow, and no one knows how the market flow will change over time. Given that expert traders have extensive understanding and research, they can only give you predictions or speculations; it is up to you to decide whether to use that as a guiding tool while also exercising caution following their path amidst your own personal experience and knowledge of the market.
I have had a few suggestions like opt-out, some have said canter trade so you can recover. Do well also to share how one can avoid this possible scenario.
Only if you don't want to trade again can you prevent this; as long as you're a trader, these will always come at some point. The ideal method is to try to limit the amount of risk you take while trading, especially if you can't tolerate the loss. A competent trader takes risks, but not all risks should be taken.
